Museum of Discovery & Science - Mods 11th Annual Asian-Pacific American Heritage

Guests will enjoy a day of dancing, music, costumes and more as we celebrate Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month at MODS! Attendees can take a class in the visual dance form of hula, experience the thrill of fire dancers performing their art form that has been around for hundreds of years, learn the delicate process of lei making and get hands-on at make-and-take Polynesian arts and crafts stations to celebrate the diversity of the south Florida’s Asian-Pacific Islander community.
